A: At Indiana Field Hockey, we understand that injuries and illnesses can sometimes prevent players from participating in our camps and clinics. In such cases, a refund will be granted provided that a medical note is submitted. Please note that refunds will be issued less a 10% processing fee. Additionally, if you prefer, the fees can be credited toward a future event instead. This policy ensures that you have flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances, while also allowing us to maintain the quality and organization of our events.
